Today's episode is with Rita Ikolo an old friend of mine. I met her while I was in Nigeria, one could say we are childhood friends. She gives a rundown about how it is to Live in Canada. One of the things she says is that Canadians put cheese on basically everything and they sure do love their maple syrup.
