The events of September 11th, 2001 shook the lives of many individuals in America and across the world. People began looking for justice, after this incident and wanted someone to point a finger at. In the midst of this pandemonium, people started to look at the innocent bystanders that became the victims of their religion. This was swept under the mat when this country needed it the most, leaving them to face the critics alone. People of Middle-Eastern and South Asian descent were treated as second-class citizens in their own country. Here's my perspective.
