In this week πΊ, we featured Mmabatho Montse - she has over a decade of experience working with marginalised communities as a spiritual-decolonial-scholar-practitioner rooted in a transdisciplinary Africana womanist paradigm. She employs Indigenous matriarchal leadership to address spiritual identity and ecological justice through equitable, ethical, and socio-environmental redistributive approaches. By connecting local entrepreneurial initiatives with social development programs, she fosters self-awareness and self-leadership among youth, addressing the psycho-spiritual effects of colonisation and internalised oppression. Her systemic approach to leadership integrates concepts of wholeness, Indigenous worldview, and transformative leadership to promote regenerative education and broader positive social change. Mmabatho is also the founder and host of Conscious Conversations Podcast, a community committed to healing, resilience, and expansion.
This is the AFRICAN INSPIRATIONAL SHOW πΊ. We aim to increase awareness and understanding of Black Consciousness by 30% within our communities π. Encourage and support the establishment of at least 10 000 small businesses within the Black community π. Inspire personal development and leadership skills, leading to positive behavioral changes. π§
