As common as this question is, the honest answer to the question is not common.

Many hide under the response of "I'm fine" even when a lot of things are not fine. Also, not everyone truly asks this question or make this form of compliment with sincerity as if they are truly concerned. 

The origin of "how are you?" was not a compliment, it was a genuine question of concern from someone who showed empathy for another.

A woman is a builder and a nourisher that converts so little into so much. Tender yet fierce, no power can surmount her true intentions.

Considering these virtues, imagine what a woman would do with your business if given the chance?
