Jan. 8th, 1811 was the largest enslaved Afrikan revolt in the united states. Close to 500 enslaved Afrikans in New Orleans rose up to TAKE their freedom, immediately off the heels of the successful Haitian Revolution just 7 years prior.

Today we will examine the new work that gives--FINALLY- a national spot light to this deliberately unspoken of part of stolen Afrikan history.

Today we shall share key passages from the work IF WE MUST DIE, by caucasoid Eric Taylor. There were over 700 shipboard insurrections, most of them unfortunately failed(that's why we are a dispersed family now), but SOME DID SUCCEED. This information is DELIBERATELY left out of the history books & can only be recovered and dealt with properly when we do the digging ourselves. Knowing we resisted caucasoids is one thing...knowing we have DEFEATED caucasoids is another & this show highlights some of those Afrikan victories.

Tonight, we will conclude our discussion of the book, Fighting the Slave Trade. This book discusses different tactics we used on the continent to stop marauding caucasoids & caucasoid helpers from enslaving us. This is DELIBERATELY non-discussed topic in all history classes & suprisingly in most Afrikan & Afrikan american[sic] history classes and books. There has NEVER been a time where any effective group has organized that way, yet we stolen Afrikans keep parroting this failed idea like we are saying something 'deep.'

We will finish up from last weeks show AND TALK ABOUT THE ONLY GROUPS THAT ACTUALLY GOT TOTAL FREEDOM FROM CAUCASOIDS & share a few ideas behind HOW they did it. We will also get deep into Baba Amos Wilson' breakdown of the NEEDED aspects of Consciousness to attain REAL liberation & REAL freedom.

It will NOT come from everyone doing their own thing. It will NOT come from putting our beliefs aside. It will NOT come from us just being Black. It will NOT come from us just having shared oppression. IT WILL COME FROM EACH OF US CHANGING OUR BEHAVIORS, CHANGING OUR THINKING, CHANGING OUR PRESENT WAYS OF LIFE. IT WILL COME WHEN WE CHANGE OUR CONSCIOUSNESS--period!!!
