In diesem Gespräch reden wir mit Maciré Keita, Gründerin von Keita Cosmetics, eine deutsche Brand, die nachhaltige Haarpflegeprodukte für Menschen mit Afrohaaren und Locken anbietet.
Maciré erzählt uns, was der Anlass zur Gründung ihres Unternehmens war und spricht auch über den Wandel in der Einstellung zu natürlichen Haaren, was Haare für die Afro Community bedeutet und über die zunehmende Vielfalt an Frisuren, die (endlich!) durch Social Media gefördert wird.
Wir reden auch über Relaxer und alternative Glättungsmethoden. Ein super spannendes Gespräch ;)

In dieser Folge, erzählt uns Tallulah Patricia Bär von ihrem Aufwachsen in der Schweiz und ihrem Neuanfang in England. Er erzählt von seinen Anfängen und den Meilensteinen auf seinem Weg. Cephas gründete Newcon, eine Medien Plattform für Expertenwissen und erklärt auch, wie er die Herausforderungen als Afrodeutscher in der Venture Capital Welt navigiert hat.
Außerdem spricht er über sein Projekt FOMO, ein Newsletter für Veranstaltungen in Berlin, New York und Cape Town.
Im Gespräch tackled er auch Themen wie Content Curation, Learnings, Bootstrap vs. Fundraising, was er anders machen würde und seine zukünftige Pläne für FOMO und Newcon.
