You do see quite often on social media " Why good employees leave the company? " and there are lots of reason why. It maybe due to personal reasons or just to explore other options in your career. Are you very superstitious? We think you can agree with us that "older generation" people are very superstitious and some may have been shared them with you. In this episode, we discuss about some of these superstition that were shared to us by our elders. Some of us even practice it till today to avoid bad things from happening.

We believe that we all have been bullied at least once in our life or be the bully ( its inevitable ). We noticed that RACISM has took the stage since the incident of George Floyd (RIP) being killed by a police officer in the US. Some of us may feel triggered with the action and some really dont bother about it. Have anyone realised that there are some incidents of racism ( no killings tho ) that is happening here in this country? The team sat down and discussed this live on the podcast.

Due to this pandemic in Singapore, lots of people lost their jobs and definitely being a night club musician or freelance musician is part of it.
