Marques Houston was a key member of the musical group IMMATURE, then IMX, and played Roger Evans on the long running television series SISTER, SISTER.  Marques has taken his career into being a business mogul, producer, writer, AND actor with a new film out today on Tubi, HOWARD HIGH.

Lubie talks with Marques about his new drama musical centered on the world of the performing arts.  Marques discusses how "Howard High" attempts to demonstrate how important the performing arts are for kids and how society is trying to extinguish them.

Frank Schwab has covered the NFL for over 2 decades, he has become Sr. NFL Writer for Yahoo and joins Defo and Lubie on After Hours to give his expert take on the allegations swirling around the NFL.  Brian Flores, the former Miami Dolphins Head Coach, ignited a flame this week by alleging multiple heinous acts by the NFL and teams specifically in a law suit.  Flores attacks the handling of the Rooney Rule by franchises, AND Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross for improper acts.

Schwab gives his take on the obvious issues with the Rooney Rule and possibly some ways to solve major issues with the NFL's hiring practices.

Schwab also delves deeper into Flores accusations that Ross offered him $100,000 to purposely lose actual NFL games when he was first hired.  They all wonder if these allegations are different then past issues, and feel maybe this time is different?!

Brian Flores was recently fired as the Miami Dolphins Head Coach after the organizations first back-to-back winning seasons in 18 years.  Since his firing the Miami Dolphins have consistently gone after Flores, and that came to a head Tuesday when Flores set out a lawsuit against the Miami Dolphins, the Denver Broncos, the NY Giants, AND the NFL overall.

Defo and Lubie have covered the Dolphins for years they discuss the allegations of Flores against Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, offering Flores $100,000 to actively try and lose games.  Flores also alleges the New York Giants had hired Brian Daboll BEFORE interviewing him, totally going against the Rooney Rule.
