Fresh off of the Superintendent of Public Instruction debate, Tom Kelly joined me in the studio.  I had a couple of questions I wanted to follow up on.  I asked him if it is possible to evaluate teacher performance--which came up in the debate.  His answer surprised me. Also we were able to dive a little deeper into recalibration and his thoughts on local control.
