Freeda's World is back after a long and necessary hiatus! In this special episode, I welcome you all back and share the deeply personal journey that kept me away from the mic. From navigating my child's father's heart failure and heart transplant, supporting him across state lines, and being there for my teenage son as he managed his mental health while coping with his father's health challenges during his senior year of high school to stepping into a new role as General Counsel—all while facing personal struggles—it was time to pause everything, including my creative outlets.

We've always championed wellness and balance on FREEda's World, and sometimes that means stepping away from the things we love in order to heal and reset. Now, after an intentional break from all things creative, I'm ready to reclaim my voice and dive back into the content you've come to love. Let's journey forward stronger and more resilient than ever!
