I think people forget how peaceful it is to not talk or not listen to anyone talk. Sometimes I just need that and it always HELPS in the long run! Enjoy

It was difficult to express my thoughts on this topic as you can tell from the stumbles and instant ending. I don’t want to trigger or point blame or downplay any situation or experiences others and myself have had. With that being said I feel like these conversations should happen more!
