Little did you know....black people come from immeasurable greatness. Often times we hear a lot of about the same people over and over. As if black history only consists of a few people who only did a few things. Black history is rooted in every avenue imaginable. We have developed, created, improved upon many things in this world ranging from medical and surgical techniques to the advancement of computer science to even cures and vaccinations for many illnesses. In this episode, we give some of those greats a shout out and in the process learn a little more about ourselves.

What's missing in today's dating world? Dating situations, relationships, and even marriages today seem to missing some key factors. Some say that effective communication is missing in today's world. Times seemed to have changed for a lot of things. Interpersonal communication methods have been replaced or substituted with more impersonal methods such as text messaging. Welcome to season 2! In this season opener, we discuss the embarrassing, treacherous, traitorous act committed by Trump supporters as they riot and storm the Capitol building. These terrorists clashed with police, broke into congressmen's offices, vandalized and stole property, and carried weapons/bombs into the building. This behavior was incited and encouraged by the president himself. The most astonishing thing of all is how absolutely nothing has been done about it. Hardly any security was in place during these riots to prevent these thugs from getting out of line. If this hasn't shown you that white privilege exists, nothing will. At this point, white privilege is blatant and obvious. It's not a question anymore if some whites see it but do they even care? Join in on this discussion. 

New Year, New Me right? Each year we make plans and resolutions to do things differently in the upcoming new year. Are you really making plans or are you just going with the New Years tradition and never sticking to it? In this episode, we discuss setting goals and plans and how important it is to make realistic ones. Failing to plan is a plan to fail. We discuss the detriment of not setting goals. Co-host Malcolm says that we should all set 3 important goals for our lives: a short-term goal, a mid-term goal, and a long-term goal. We talk about the contributing factors to many heart-related diseases and the ways to prevent such illnesses. One major contributing factor to heart diseases is that black men typically choose to forego going to the doctor unless absolutely necessary and usually when it is too late. Join in as we discuss the alarming rates at which members of the black community contribute to majority of the diagnoses and deaths related to or caused by heart diseases. Kelly to Usher, we talk about who was our favorites and not so favorite. Who had the best songs? Who had the best collaboration? Who was overrated? R&B music is the genre of love making, love chasing, breakups and makeups. These kings could sing you through any situation you had involving love. These guys made music that we could be proud of and quite frankly, music that has stood the test of time. When it's all said and done we give our take on who was the true King of R&B.
