AfterBirth: 7/23/19 Pj Tells her Birth Story, and talks about Post Partum Anxiety
AfterBirth is an online support group that happens alternating Tuesdays, and we use the audio for this podcast. Why? So if you miss an episode with your beezies you can listen when you are up doing that middle of night feeding, or when you are lonely for us, or need some company. OR OR OR WHATEVER, we are here.
Pj had her baby after having the shittiest of pregnancies, and got her tubes tied. And then got post partum anxiety. So we listen and make suggestions and in general be there. Methodist Hosp has a cool thing called Behavioral Transitions in Care. I couldn't find the pt 411 but it appears its available to all practioners there, so if you find yourself in the Methodist system in Houston, definitely see if you can get in on that.
Tiff reports in after the move, and how the kids are doing with grief.
Katelin's 2 year old is being an a@@hle.
So, you know, relatable.
Rowan tells a story about her #hottiehoopcamp beezies that has Tiff almost crying while she laughs. Fun stuff!

Text reminders so you can join us LIVE, alternating Tuesdays at 11 central right here https://tapit.us/jdoa5
As always, you can find us at www.Preggers.rocks in Houston Texas.
Alert ~ Be wary, we are a little sweary. Get your earbuds if you are concerned about tender ears and sensibilities.
