He decided to start his company after experiencing the sheer frustration and anger of being left stranded for five hours at the side of the road in Dublin city centre simply because no wheelchair accessible cars were available to transport him home. So he decided to do something about it.

When she went looking to get a photo she had taken of a penguin on a holiday to Antarctica made into an original painting it was prohibitively expensive. Meeting a family who have been building a business through hard work and determination on Dublin’s Parnell Street. Authentic Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Viet has been the dream of husband and wife owners Tri Quoc Nguyen and Tuyet Pham. Tri fled Vietnam with his family in 1979 and subsequently met and fell in love with fellow-refugee Tuyet in early 90s Dublin. They got engaged two weeks after they first met. Now, parents of five children ranging from 6 to 21 years old, they have hopes that the restaurant will continue into the future with them.
