God will put people in just the right place at just the right time, sometimes, to save a life. Dennis Brown lives in Dallas and happen to be paralyzed from the waist down. He noticed something was wrong with his rental car and next thing he knew, the front of the car was on fire. That when Tammi Arrington, who was visiting from out of town, swooped in.

Nearly four months after suffering a cardiac arrest during a half marathon, Jaimee Kirby, along with her family, got to show their gratitude to the first responders who not only did their job flawlessly, but saved Jaimee's life.

Word of the wise: always remind yourself where your cash is when you go shopping. Otherwise, you might end up like my friend, Jennifer. But in this case, that might not be the worst thing!

When you are overwhelmed, sometimes it's simply because you're "Hangry!" (That's hungry and angry together.) Other times that stress can be overcome by taking a deep breath in for 4 seconds, holding it 4 seconds, and exhaling it slowly for 4 seconds.

After you've done all of that, turn to God and trust Him in prayer.
