Ag Gets a Trade Deal With China - Is There a Devil in the Details?

President Donald Trump late on Friday announced a "Phase 1" trade deal with China that the president said completes the negotiations on agriculture. According to the President, China has agreed to purchase $40-50 billion in U.S. agricultural products annually. 
But there is, as of yet, no written agreement. That is to be drafted by both sides over the next several weeks. 
How good is the trade deal for U.S. Agriculture? How do we verify China will make the ag purchases? Does the phase 1 agreement address intellectual property theft?
