Hayley is a woman who knows what century it is and she is here to remind women of all ages to go after their unconventional dreams!

Whether women want to be a butcher, a baker or a candlestick maker, Hayley is encouraging women to get stuck into careers that they can use their hands in and defy the gendered stereotypes which have been placed on careers being historically male dominated.

I know when I was little I wanted to be Bob the Builder, so having an inspirational, non-conforming woman like Hayley in my life might have been exactly what I needed to be that person when I grew up.
