Wondering how other people do all that they do without feeling

nervous? Well, what if I told you it was all a facade.

I call it, failing forward.

You could let the fear of the great unknown get in the way for you and stop you from being the best you can be or you could do it scared, do it vulnerable and do it differently; to find a pathway and destination better fit for you then you would have ever dreamed.

Something I don't hear celebrities and top monetisers say on other podcasts is that they dwelled on the past and it brought them abundance. They always say that they pick themselves up, dust themselves off and back themselves.

Whether it's friendship breakups or opportunities that remind them who they could be, it is important to them and to you, to remember who you are along the way.

I used to think I was endlessly pursuing things to prove to others what I was made of but the reality is that all along, I was proving it to me.

Let's talk about the people in your network, friendship groups and within opportunities that are inhibiting your growth. It can be a bit nostalgic to hold onto an opportunity simply because it once supported your growth but recognising when an opportunity is actually inhibiting your growth is so important too.

Sometimes it's us, our expectations, our misalignment, our experiences that shape us onto a different path, and sometimes it truly has nothing to do with us except for the fact we will no longer stand by behaviours and treatment we once existed alongside.

However it comes up for you, it is important to use this episode as an opportunity to identify paths that are no longer for us and ways we can begin to understand how we can move on from them to own and be accountable for our new growth and power in 2026.

Last week I was crowned International United Miss, Miss Congeniality and it proved to me that even in the darkest moments your light can cascade onto others in a way you never thought possible.
