Have you ever had that feeling that you were just stuck in someone else's shadow? Like Batman & Robin but you really just don't want to be Robin anymore... well if that's you, then this is the episode for you.
In this episode, I dive into the trap that is comparison and take a honest look at how hard it can be to break out of it but evidently how much harder it is to stay in it.
I discuss ways to prioritise your own light and shine it bright to advocate for the things you believe in and the things you don't so that you can confidently carve out your place in the world.
Let me know what your go to tips for regaining your focus and entering yourself in these times are in the comments.
Last week I was crowned International United Miss, Miss Congeniality and it proved to me that even in the darkest moments your light can cascade onto others in a way you never thought possible.
In this episode, I take you through two defining moments where the Miss Congeniality title proved to me that the passion I have for supporting others and my community, speaks volumes even when I believe my words and actions can't show up all the way.
I hope the lessons from this episode teach you not to be so hard on yourself and embrace yourself in every season!
It is so important to ritualise the things which are important to you and self-care should never take a back seat. Prioritising yourself is key to filling up the cups of others from an aligned and magnetic space where energy not only flows to you, and through you, but outwards to others and into your community too.
Use this guided moment for self love daily, or whenever you need to pause and re-align because anything you can do, you can do better in alignment and focused on your goals.
Welcome back to the podcast, beautiful souls — and happy July! ✨
There’s something about this month that feels like pure potential: A new chapter, A fresh breath. July is here to remind us that even in the heart of winter or the heat of summer (depending where you are) there’s always a spark waiting to be ignited.
This is the season to trust your intuition like never before and honour that inner voice that’s been quietly guiding you, gently nudging you toward alignment, purpose, and passion.
But while we follow that deep inner knowing, July also calls us to stay rooted. Grounded in our truth. Anchored in the present. Knowing that big dreams don’t require us to have it all figured out; just to keep showing up with intention and grace.
July, we’re ready for you. Let’s rise! ✨
