  • Isaiah 8-9 Part 2

I don't know about you, but for me, I can think back on countless times when I did something as a kid that I now realize wasn't the smartest move (slight laughter). I think the same is true in our walks with God. Often times He is nudging us to turn away from something or to take another direction. In today's message, Pastor Terry is going to be giving an example of this. God was prompting the nation in Isaiah to turn away from their flesh and to turn to Him; however, that's not how the story ended.

  • Isaiah 6-7 Part 2

If you've read even just a glimpse of the Bible, there is a good chance that you will see how all throughout scripture God constantly shows his plans being fulfilled. This gives the people hope in what is to come, and a stronger belief in who Jesus is. In today's message, Pastor Terry is going to be showing how God did just that in the book of Isaiah. He does this to show the prophets that God is their help and that God is with them through their trial. This gives us comfort that He is also with us.

  • Isaiah 6-7 Part 1

In life, there will always be trials. There will be times in which we question God. There may even be a time when we walk away from our faith and fall into sin. That's what happens in the story today from Pastor Terry. However, as we dive into this story from Isaiah we are reminded that, as Christians, because of the death and resurrection on the cross, we are COMPLETELY forgiven. This forgiveness doesn't just cover the small mistakes we've made, but all of our sins from our past, present, and our future.

  • Isaiah 2-3 Part 2

We have a tendency to believe that if we live a Godly life, we will reap the benefits of doing good, whether to ourselves or to others. There is nothing wrong with thinking in that manner. • Isaiah 1 Part 2

We all give thanks and praise to the Lord for who he is and what he has done in our lives. We enjoy participating in various Christian activities. We all have different ways of praising God, which is perfectly fine. But, is God pleased with our praise and worship? Are we doing everything right? Today, Pastor Terry explains how sin created a barrier between God and the people of Israel. Even though they worshipped God, he did not want it because they were soiled. To worship the Lord, you must let go of your sin!

  • Isaiah 1 Part 1

Ouch… What a harsh statement from Pastor Terry! We are all sinners- not just our generation, but all generations! But, as we can see, there are consequences to our sins. It enrages the Lord.

The result of that rage is sickness, either physical or mental, which enters our lives. Isaiah urged the people of Israel to return to God in order to be healed of their illnesses. In today’s message, Pastor Terry tells you how you can get rid of your afflictions by asking forgiveness from God for your sins.
