In this continuation of "Divine Pursuit", Pastor Charles enlightens us about realms of spiritual pursuits that are unlocked. Our generation is challenged to be the ones who will seek Jesus just like great men of God of the ages, God's generals. After listening to this message, the hope is that one has a sober reflection on their journey with Christ and really asks themselves, "What is my hunger level?"

Minister Louis shares a timely message about the sacrifices we need to make in the Christian journey. Just like in any society, say a country, we choose to be associated with, we need to abide by their own systems and principles, the same applies to our walk with God. On this journey, we need to shed weight that will prevent us from success and apply the principles of God's kingdom.

He goes further to elaborate on the first point which is to put death to flesh. Now, this is not easy because we are sinful by nature. Even Paul, who wrote two-thirds of the Gospel, cries out in Romans 7:18 (NIV), For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature [Or my flesh]. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. Therefore on this journey, we need help from the Holy Spirit. Hence, Minister Louis cites Paul's continuous message in Romans 8, Life through the Spirit.

He also goes on further to elucidate steps we can take to be successful in our divine pursuit, 1. Death to Flesh, 2. Obedience, 3. Service, 4. Humility, 5. Purity, 6. Sacrifice.

In this episode, Pst Paul discusses the importance of guarding our hearts. He elucidates the various reasons why we protect our hearts and the multiple avenues through which our hearts get corrupted, some of which include envy, association, etc. "Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh" All that we do and say is an extension of what is impressed upon our hearts. Therefore, we must guard it jealously!

In our walk with God, just like Peter's encounter with Jesus walking on water, his word to us is "COME". Come and join me on this journey. He doesn't say "Come and follow me, but the storms and the seas on the journey will be boisterous, he simply says "COME". In the same vain, when the disciples were worried about casting out the demon despite already being given the authority to cast demons in his name, he again tells them, "How long will toil with you? How long shall I bear with this faithlessness?" There will always be provision and he has given you authority for all situations under Christ!

In this sermon, Pastor Charles speaks about a kingdom of God that will come where the people of God will be able to commit both physical and spiritual resources to the advancement of the Gospel across the earth. He also emphasizes the activation of God's blessings through sacrifice by sowing both time and wealth in the House of God. He explains the biblical principle of sowing and harvesting in the dispensation of God's agenda for prosperity. He elucidates the different ways of Godly giving (sowing) and the many ways to harvest the fruits of sowing.

In this Easter message, Pastor Charles expatiates on a burning passion for Christ beyond just visual, oral or literary experience, but one that seeks to make sacrifices to enjoy the power in Christ's resurrection just like the Apostle Paul. Christ's resurrection reminds us that we are healed and free by his stripes. He has given us the authority to do anything including, healing, evangelizing, and succeeding. However, we need to keep making sacrifices in His name to be able to enjoy the grace to access this authority.
