The human brain is built for survival - therefore the brain will develop a fear of ageing because it associates ageing with the end of life. When this happens the brain sees signs of ageing around it and incorrectly concludes that it is experiencing these changes and the body responds to this by feeling these changes as it ages - focusing on signs that may not be there.  In order to overcome this we need to make a conscious decision to reframe age as we see it - to something that we’re grateful for, rather than something we fear. ❤️
