Today I thought about ageism and the fearful negative stigma of becoming old. We are not defined by the limiting ideas entertained when it comes to getting older. It's only if you concede to those beliefs that your existence will be so. You can always learn new things and remain full of life if you choose to. Ageism is just another Brule.
