In this podcast I am sitting down and talking to none other than my youngest son, Angelo Michael! Angelo wrote and performed my intro and closing song on my podcast. Not only that, but in his 24 years I feel he has had quite an adventure. I thought it would be interesting to hear about the "man behind the music"  We talked about what the song Dear I , means to him and his penny board adventure from the Golden Gate bridge in SF to Venice beach Los Angeles!  With just no particular plan, just himself, a backpack and his penny board. (That's over 400 miles!) I hope you enjoy this laid back interview as much as I did.

 My guest today is Samuel Quinn Yusem. Three years ago he began a journey to change his life completely. He was once  330 lbs and had no direction and could care less about change, in less then a year he lost 165 lbs! In another year he fell in love with fitness and knew he wanted to share, help & show people that the impossible is possible.... all naturally. He became Membership Experience Leader of THE MAX gym challenge in Watchung. NJ (assistant Manager) and he is trying to build a brand new career in Health & Wellness!  I am confidant you will enjoy this show and fall in love with Quinn's enthusiasm and love for what he does as much as I did!

Leslie Hadley is a Yoga Teacher who teaches many styles of yoga. One of her favorite things to do is to mentor people to become yoga teachers, She has written and directs teacher training's to include 200 hour initial training, prenatal training, kids yoga training, yoga training to teach seniors as well as Yin and Restorative training. She is a transformation teacher, an EFT coach which she uses when she teaches people how to transform their lives, Leslie is also a Reiki Master. 

A year ago she had a stroke and she is grateful she has all these tools that help her daily. She is still living her passion and teaching and coaching.

In this episode Leslie and I talked about the wake up call when something like a stroke happens and everything you once knew is forever changed.  Take a listen. I am hoping that this episode will give the audience some valuable information.

While taking my 200 hour Prana Yoga Certification,  I felt a block of energy and began researching lymph and fascia and restrictions in the flow of prana or energy in both. I have had multiple surgeries in my life and know enough about the blockages that can occur from scar tissue and came across this gem of a man. I felt a Instagram connection right away. His description in his Instagram profile,  Stop Chasing Pain caught my eye and I have been a Dr. Perry Nickelston crazy admirer ever since. He talks about systems of the body that are very rarely talked about but are so very important; that being the lymph and fascia, but he does so much more than that.  As noted in his profile he is a full time human, teacher, crazy path walker, nonconformist, lifter, unicorn maker ( I elaborate more on what that means with him) and mover. I am so very excited to have this brilliant man on my podcast!

Alexandra is a certified, licensed massage therapist, neuromuscular therapist and reiki master. She currently owns and operates a bodywork business in Madison New Jersey called Vision of Dawn.  She is a mother of three young children. In addition to talking about massage, we got into discussion about other topics that I think you will find quite interesting!  Enjoy!
