After the de-phasing of Jason Wilkes (Reggie Austin), Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) realises she cannot hope to save him either on her own or without more of the Zero Matter. In an attempt to stabilise Wilkes, Peggy devises a desperate plan of her own and one that requires: tapping the only remaining source of Zero Matter, Whitney Frost (Wynn Everett); in one of the most dangerous locations for a woman in LA, the Arena Club; with the help and assistance from one of Peggy’s most unexpected adversaries (or is that her number one fan), Dottie Underwood (Bridget Regan).

Dottie is broken out of prison by Carter to put the plan in to action at one of Chadwick’s campaign events and is paired with the indomitable Jeeves (I mean Jarvis). As the plan is put in to operation, another unexpected couple arrive at the event, Vernon Masters (Kurtwood Smith) and Jack Thompson (Chad Michael Murray), that further complicate events that has far reaching repercussions for both Dottie and Peggy. Meanwhile, an unusual Council meeting is taking place where Whitney Frost truly proclaims her power and demonstrates the deadly Zero Matter to both the Council and her ex-husband Calvin Chadwick (Currie Graham).
