Karsten Stinis went from building websites to installing and managing AI agents for businesses in Belgium.

In this episode of Agent Operators, we break down his €2,750 setup fee, €250/month support offer, and the stack behind it: Orgo, Hermes, Composio, Honcho, and more.

He shows how he gives clients a useful result on day one, monitors their agents when things break, and uses an agent to build the next client’s setup.

If you run an AI agency, you know the awkward part: the agents can do the work, but you still end up being the human copy-paste layer between them. Jason Myers of AppLayer joins me to show how Tango gives agents a shared task list, clear ownership, approvals, and an audit trail so an actual team can deliver client work.

We walk through a live Hermes-to-Tango workflow, task decomposition, worker identities, leases that prevent duplicate work, stalled-task failover, and what happens when agents need a real computer. Then I show how Orgo lets you see and control those cloud computers when the work leaves a chat window.

Agent Operators is hosted by Nick Vasilescu and presented by Orgo. We go inside the systems, offers, and operating practices behind managed AI-agent services for businesses.

Your clients already know how to text. What changes when their AI agent has its own phone number?

In Episode 2 of Agent Operators, I sit down with Manav Modi, CEO and co-founder of AgentPhone, to talk about iMessage agents, AI voice calling, and the opportunity for agencies building managed AI employees.

Manav shows a live iMessage exchange and reactions. We discuss connecting Hermes and OpenClaw agents to a phone number, sharing business files, and giving a business an AI employee that customers and vendors can reach.

We also explore the future of agent-to-agent communication and why we think agencies can keep winning by building for specific industries and workflows.

Agent Operators is the podcast for builders and operators turning AI agents into real businesses. In the first episode, Nick Vasilescu sits down with Corey Ganim to break down practical agents, managed-agent offers, and why the biggest upside may come from earning equity instead of charging another monthly retainer.
