Carl is the founder of the Beverly Carter Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving safety for all real estate agents. Carl’s mom, Beverly Carter, was a REALTOR® who lost her life while doing the work she loved. Since losing his precious mom, Carl has dedicated his life to creating safety training and tools to make positive changes in agents’ lives and business.

Carl shares with as what actions, agents and organized real estate can be taking to be prepared and safe during this month and every month.
