What's good!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I hope all is well for all of my Agent Talk listeners, and that 2022 has started out on the right foot for you. I don't have too much to say as far as an episode description goes. Simply put, this message is for anyone that has an internal desire to make 2022 YOUR BEST YEAR YET! If you are okay with 2022 being a year of mediocrity, complacency, and pure averageness for yourself, then this message isn't for you. BUT, if you envision having a year of GREATNESS ahead of you, tap in, lock in, and let's make it happen!
Much love!
Yessirrrrr! I'm HYPE about this one! It's been a minute since the last time I brought a guest on to the show, so you know I had to come CORRECT with this one. & for me, there is no better individual to bring that HEAT than one of my best friends, fellow content creator and podcast host, ANIYHA JONES !
If you're not yet familiar with the name Aniyha Jones yet, don't worry, you soon will be. Aniyha is DESTINED for stardom. At just 20 years old, she has a resume that would compete with the most elite in her field. She's already hosted multiple speaking events for ATHLETA, a global women's empowerment brand, has had tremendous success hosting her podcast, "YOU'RE WRONG, SIR" (available on all platforms), and she has been a key factor in the growth that I've seen in my own two companies.
Overall, this woman right here is simply a game changer, a world shifter, and someone who knows how to break the glass ceilings that society has put on her as a young black woman.
Tune in, and be ready to be WOW'd!
Much love!
What's good ! Yessir the time has come for Wise Words Wednesday to be brought back onto the podcast.
In the past, I've used this cadence to speak on topics that I believe needed to be addressed, or provide a perspective that I deemed to be beneficial. However, I'm going to switch it up moving forward, and utilize a book who's very purpose is to provide the reader with wisdom above all else.
Tune in, I hope this brings some form of fruit to your life, and wisdom to your heart. If so, please give Agent Talk a 5-Star review, subscribe to the podcast, and share with a friend!
Much love!
What's good y'all! I hope all is well on your end. For today's episode I am diving into the true history of Thanksgiving, all the highs and the lows, just to help people become educated on the roots of the holiday. Y'all know how I feel about being a truth teller, so I hope you enjoy some factual history, as well as personal perspective being shared.
If you gain any value from this episode, please give me a like, subscribe, and review. I'd really appreciate it!!!!!
Much love!

Daunte Wright, black, killed for a traffic violation.
Andre Hill, black, killed for holding his cellphone.
Manuel Ellis, black, killed walking home.
George Floyd, black, killed over a $20 bill.
Breonna Taylor, black, killed while sleeping.
Stephon Clark, black, killed in his grandmother's backyard.
**Insert numerous more black individuals killed by police**
Julies Jones, black, spends his life on death row for a crime he didn't commit.
Kyle Rittenhouse, white, drives across state borders with a military grade semi automatic, kills two people, police walk past him, he goes to trial, declared innocent of all charges, offered multiple internships by politicians.
Now, you tell me why black people in America are angry? If you can't see the difference, you're either ignorant, or choosing to see past the injustice.
My thoughts, and more. Thank you for watching.
What's good! After taking a mini hiatus, the podcast is back and I'm here for one thing and one thing only: to help somebody out there transition from living a life of mediocrity, to one of extraordinary greatness. LET'S GO!!
In today's episode I give a general update of what I've been up to, as well as speak on a few critical lessons I've been taking to heart these last few weeks. Tap in, and let's be great!
My guy is back again! Grateful for the conversation today with my good friend and client, Sterling Hofrichter as he makes his 2nd appearance on the pod.
In this discussion Sterling speaks on life as a rookie in the NFL, the benefits of owning a Tesla, and just the overall mental shift that he's had over the last few months. This conversation was a reminder for me of how important it is for us to get in sync with our own minds to allow us to play, think, work, and live at a high level.
Tap in, show some love, and I hope this dialogue helps you be GREAT!

This is a conversation that you do not want to miss. I was fortunate enough to have been able to spend some time chopping it up with a good friend of mine who simply embodies hard work, dedication, and self discipline. Kellen is someone who I met when he was a walk on at Vanderbilt, earning his way to a scholarship, and has now found his way beyond the field of play.
Tune in, get your notepad, I promise that there are gems to be had here.

July 1st, 2021 sparked a new era in college athletics as we know it. On July 1st, collegiate athletes across the country became eligible to begin receiving compensation for their name, their image, and their likeness, otherwise known as "NIL".
This date marked a monumental shift in college athletics that has been long overdue. For far too long, college athletes have been unable to capitalize on their marketability, and the time has come for these young men and women to finally be able to monetize themselves in the same way that these schools and universities are monetizing them.
Tap in as I give my initial thoughts regarding NIL, what we are doing to prepare ourselves accordingly at Grady Media, and a bit more on where I am mentally. Much love!
