We’re judging you…but respectfully. Mostly. 😂
This week on Agents After Hours, we’re sharing the little things that instantly make us form an opinion, in real life AND real estate.
We’re talking people who abandon their shopping carts, couples with joint Facebook accounts, friends who say they’re “on the way” while they’re still getting ready, unnecessarily massive restaurant menus, and the proper way to acknowledge someone who lets you merge. And yes, we have thoughts.
Then we’re taking the judgment into real estate: “investor specials” that are basically falling down, questionable listing descriptions, scary basements, opening cabinets during showings, pet smells sellers have gone nose-blind to, and the Glade Plug-In that might have buyers wondering what exactly you’re trying to hide.
Somehow, between all the judging, we also get into friendship as adults, showing etiquette, seller prep, and the things we’ve learned from spending way too much time inside other people’s houses.
It’s petty. It’s practical. It’s Agents After Hours.
