What if making more money isn’t actually the answer to your money problems?
In this episode of Agents of Abundance, Dawn Loding sits down with entrepreneur, real estate investor, author, and wealth coach Krisstina Wise to explore the difference between making money and actually building wealth.
Krisstina shares how childhood scarcity shaped her relationship with money, how she became a highly successful real estate agent while privately struggling financially, and the wake-up call that forced her to learn the rules of money for herself.
Together, Dawn and Krisstina explore Krisstina’s Make, Manage, Multiply framework, the impact of high-interest debt and lifestyle inflation, the shift from scarcity to abundance, and why creating a “Good Life Number” and “Freedom Number” can change the way you think about your financial future.
Krisstina also shares how a life-threatening health crisis transformed her understanding of wealth and taught her that true abundance isn't simply about how much money you have. It's about having the health, freedom, relationships, and resources to live a life that actually feels good.
If you're earning money but wondering why financial freedom still feels out of reach, this episode is for you.

What if building a successful real estate business doesn't require you to become the loudest person in the room?
In this episode of Agents of Abundance, Dawn Loding sits down with Rachelle Dyson, a broker associate with Epique Realty, eight-time multi-million-dollar producer, trainer, and real estate leader with more than $37 million in closed sales.
But Rachelle didn't begin her career as the confident leader agents see today.
She started as a shy, self-described introvert waiting tables and working part-time in property management. After getting her real estate license in 2017, Rachelle faced the uncertainty many new agents experience: limited training, inconsistent income, fear about what came next, and the challenge of figuring out how to build an actual business.
Instead of giving up, she kept going.
Rachelle shares how she learned to stop worrying about what other people thought, became more comfortable putting herself out there, and discovered a love for marketing, technology, teaching, and leadership.
Dawn and Rachelle also dig into one of the biggest lessons for struggling agents: if you don't have enough closings, you may not have enough lead-generation funnels. Rachelle shares practical examples of how agents can create opportunities through their sphere, social media, community involvement, professional relationships, clubs, and the activities they're already doing in everyday life.
They also discuss personal branding, why agents overcomplicate social media, avoiding shiny-object syndrome, setting boundaries, creating freedom, and designing a real estate business around the life you actually want.
If you've ever looked at a successful agent and thought, I could never do that, Rachelle's story is a reminder that who you are today doesn't determine how far you can go.

What if the reason you aren't implementing the strategies you already know isn't a lack of discipline, motivation, or another business system?
What if your nervous system simply doesn't have the capacity to hold what you're asking it to hold?
In this episode of Agents of Abundance, Dawn Loding sits down with her coach Emily Judice for a powerful conversation about nervous system regulation, capacity, entrepreneurship, and abundance.
Emily shares her own journey from living as a self-described "hot mess express" to understanding why chaos, constant productivity, and staying busy had become familiar and even safe to her nervous system. She explains why mindset work alone wasn't enough to create lasting change and how learning to work with her nervous system transformed both her life and business.
Using her memorable ocean metaphor, Emily breaks down what it looks like to live in a regulated state versus fight-or-flight or shutdown. Dawn and Emily explore how these nervous system states affect creativity, decision-making, visibility, delegation, leadership, relationships, and our ability to receive support and success.
They also discuss nervous system capacity, protector parts, the stories we create when we're dysregulated, and what entrepreneurs can do when a difficult month sends them spiraling into thoughts like, "My business isn't working."
Most importantly, Emily explains why regulation isn't about eliminating uncomfortable emotions. It's about developing the capacity to stay with yourself through them, creating safety in your body, and trusting yourself to handle whatever comes next.
If you've done the mindset work, learned the strategies, built the systems, and still find yourself wondering why you can't consistently do what you know you need to do, this conversation may reveal the missing piece.

What does it really take to build a real estate business that lasts for more than 20 years?
In this episode of Agents of Abundance, Dawn Loding sits down with longtime real estate professional and Epique Realty leader Rachel Hoffman to talk about the habits, relationships, and mindset that have carried Rachel through more than two decades of market shifts.
Rachel shares how she went from managing retail stores and attending real estate school at night to building a successful career rooted in relationships, consistency, and service. She also opens up about one of her biggest early mistakes, failing to maintain a strong client database, and why she now teaches newer agents to make their database a foundation of their business from day one.
Dawn and Rachel also explore adapting through changing markets, investing in real estate for long-term wealth, mentoring new agents at Epique Realty, staying resourceful in an increasingly technology-driven industry, and redefining success beyond production and income.
For Rachel, abundance is not about selling the most houses or making the most money. It is having the freedom to travel, spend time with the people she loves, cook for friends and family, and build a business that supports her life instead of consuming it.
If you want to build a real estate career that lasts, Rachel's message is refreshingly simple: stay consistent, build genuine relationships, and keep doing what works.
