Today we will briefly review the scrum Values to the framework that each team members of a team uses to guide their decision making, and working with other team members.  Our guest today is Tom Cumming PMP. Tom has been a project manager for over 15 years.  His clients have included many fortune 500 companies. He has served on PMI-Orange Country Board of directors, and received the PMI-OC Presidents award.  He's served as an adjunct professor in project management.
