Matt Shendell is the owner of the Paige Hospitality Group in New York City which operates  some of New York's most sought after restaurants, cafes, bars and Nightclubs...The group is behind such successful spaces as The Ainsworth, Court Street Tavern, Rebel Cafe & Garden, The Rose Nightclub, Brandon's Donuts and Biggie's Cafe.

We discuss what it has been like owing a restaurant during Covid and the challenges of constant rule changes and how what he had to do to navigate through the pandemic...What is it going to take to get back to normal and how to attract patrons and make them feel comfortable eating again inside their favorite bar and restaurants.

Now that restaurants can have more customers the challenge of finding good help...Matt is so desperate he is willing to give Jeff the world's worst waiter a job.
