Mary is challenging you to get outside for 19 minutes or more EVERY day, ideally while you are moving your body. Whether it's a leisurely walk, a hard run, yard work or shoveling snow....just get outside if you are able.
Challenge #2: Get Outside for 19 (or more) Minutes a Day
