One would think after listening to DYNAMITE HEMORRHAGE RADIO #26 that there were a multitude of severely happening bands on the planet in late 2013, and you know, one might even be right. I've done my best to scout the hottest talent from across the globe the past two weeks, and have come up with 23 examples of loud, fast, hard, melodic, arty, dirty, gnarly rock and roll music from a bunch of youngsters and a few oldsters as well. New/active bands this time include ROACHCLIP; TRUE SONS OF THUNDER; a new 45 from VERONICA FALLS; LIFE STINKS; THE NOTS; ALLIGATOR; LA LUZ; SEX TIDE; SPRAY PAINT; PAMPERS; THE CLITS; SYNTHETIC ID; THE FIREWORKS and the STRAPPING FIELDHANDS. Jesus, you see what I mean? There's a sixteen-minute song and a couple of songs that clock in just over 1 minute. There are song of joy and songs of depression and pain. There are straight songs and angular songs. Let it be said for the record that there are only good songs.Track listing:ROACHCLIP - BungalowPAMPERS - NotVOX POP - You're My FavoriteTHE NOTS - Talk ShowMENTALLY ILL - Tumor BoySHARP BALLOONS - Genetic DisorderSALLY SKULL - BedellusVERONICA FALLS - Nobody ThereLA LUZ - All The TimeTHE FIREWORKS - With My HeartTALULAH GOSH - Testcard GirlTHE CLITS - Period PainsSPRAY PAINT - Ultimate UmpireTRUE SONS OF THUNDER - Black AstrologersPAMELA - Too Late (Blind)ALLIGATOR - CyclesSTRAPPING FIELDHANDS - Impossible To SayVENOM P. Help me celebrate the silver anniversary of Dynamite Hemorrhage Radio Podcast by downloading #25 right here. As I try to make a custom of, this one's bursting with new material from all over the world - nay, the English-speaking world - including winners from PAMPERS; SEPTEMBER GIRLS; SEX TIDE; JOANNA GRUESOME; SPRAY PAINT; THE FIREWORKS and DREAMSALON. There's also a nod to our forefathers and foremothers from the 70s and thenceforth who bequeathed unto us music from the likes of The Slugs; 39 Clocks; Sperm Wails; Man Tee Mans; the Suicide Kings and even Captain Beefheart and the Magic Band. Like I said on the podcast, it's "wild" "freeform" radio, the likes of which haven't been seen since the glory days of potsmoking, late-night FM DJs spinning Steely Dan next to some "Dark Side of the Moon" deep cuts. Trust me, this show is really almost that good.Track listing:PAMPERS - Purple BrainSPRAY PAINT - Bring Dumpster BackSPERM WAILS - Lady ChatterleyBEACHBUGGY - General Electric PilotDIAGRAM BROTHERS - I'm a PolicemanTARZAN 5 - Boy's GameTHE FIREWORKS - RunaroundSEPTEMBER GIRLS - HeartbeatsJOANNA GRUESOME - Wussy VoidPREFAB MESSIAHS - Desperately HappyBYRON COLEY - BeefheartCAPTAIN BEEFHEART & THE MAGIC BAND - Veteran's Day PoppyDREAMSALON - Red MoonSTEVE TREATMENT - Step Inside a Worn-Out ShoeOOGA BOOGAS - Ooga Booga IITHE SLUGS - Never Should Have Told YouSUICIDE KINGS - Take Yer MedicineSEX TIDE - Dead To YouMAN TEE MANS - Crave39 CLOCKS - 78 Soldier Dead

I'm doing my best to crank out an hour of music for Dynamite Hemorrhage's several dozen listeners every two weeks, and mission accomplished this time, with DYNAMITE HEMORRHAGE RADIO #23 coming out just about two weeks to the day from the last one I recorded in Norway (!). This one was able to shoehorn 24 songs in a mere 1 hour, 2 minutes - that's a lot of short, aggressive songs. As promised "on the air", I'll try and mellow out a bit next time. This one showcases some new stuff from SEX TIDE, RUBY PINS, THE AR-KAICS and FOSTER CARE, along with recent stuff from Pampers and Danny and the Darleans.....then there's some good olde-tyme rocknroll from The Vidiots, Green on Red, Supercharger, Expando Brain, Liimanarina and yes, The F***in' Flyin' A-Heads!Track listingSEX TIDE - Beggar, BeggarFOSTER CARE - Bad Vibe CityOVERNIGHT LOWS - City of Rotten EyesQUEER PILLS - Stupid JerkPSYCHEDELIC HORSESH*T - There DaysTIME FLYS - Smokin' DopeTHE RONDELLES - Shimmy-BeckerTHE AR-KAICS - No GoodDANNY & THE DARLEANS - Don't Ask The QuestionSUPERCHARGER - Get Out Of My HouseDARA PUSPITA - Bertamasja (On Vacation)GREEN ON RED - AspirinSALLY SKULL - You Better GoJON SPENCER BLUES EXPLOSION - Water MainTAR BABIES - Native SonPAMPERS - EruptionsL.A.
