Wiki calls the Black-Eyed Kids an urban legend. First Documented in 1996 by a Texas Journalist the stories have grown. People are retelling their encounters with these otherworldly children. We even share a story sent in by a listener who had a Black-Eyed kid encounter and truly felt it wanted to kill her.
