A miracle is a supernatural intervention in the cause of nature and a suspension of natural laws.

A blessing is an empowerment to prosper of succeed.

A miracle is needed to bring you to a breakeven point, but a blessing is needed to take you into the positive.

1. Believe God for a miracle when in a crisis

2. Understand the avenues of God's blessings

3. Understanding the flow of the blessings.

4. Develop a blessing consciousness.

5. Have faith in blessings.

Every believer is born with the measure (seed) of faith – Rom.12:3 (KJV), 2 Pet.1:1 (KJV)

Every believer has the responsibility to grow his or her faith (seed) by:

- Understanding the gospel (Rom.1:17)

- Learning from the salvation model (Rom.10:6-10)

- Applying the spirit of faith (2 Cor.4:!3)

Faith to Open the Floodgates

Faith is the substance Hebrews 11:1-2

1. substance: something tangible, evidence, important aspect of topic, solid or meaningful quality

2. what is the status of your substance ?

- Little Faith – Mathews 6:30; 14:31.

- Weak Faith– Romans 14:1-3.

- Wavering Faith – James 1:5-7.

- Unwavering Faith –Hebrews 10:23.

- Active Faith – James 2:14-26; Hebrews 10:19-38.

- Strong Faith –Romans 4:20.

- Great Faith –Matthew 8:8-10.

Grow in the substance of your faith

Eccl. 11:3,6

- Sun sends down heat which can be painful but is needed to release the rain which will have a cooling effect

- Prayers rise up leading to a filling up of the "cloud"

- When the clouds are filled with water, they will give up their rain

The Winner’s Attitude (Mal 2:2; Phil 2:3-8)

Not be being on top of everyone else

Rather by putting God on top in everything, glorify Him

Choosing to put yourself below everybody else – humbling yourself

Being the servant of everybody else – have the servant attitude
