A few weeks back we had one athlete, that quickly became six, ask us why they always have pain [pointing at their patella tendon] in their knee when they play / train. Obviously not something we would ever diagnose, but with two-minutes until our session started, we didn't even have time to list the myriad potential causes of their knee pain.
In this episode we sat down with Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr Brett Schreiber from Empower Physical Therapy & Performance to ask him, generally, what may be causing patella / knee pain in young soccer players / athletes.
