In this episode of Channel Insider: Partner POV, host Katie Bavoso chats with Rich Falcone, the president of solution provider AHEAD. Falcone spent more than 20 years at CDI, most recently as president and CEO, before it was acquired by AHEAD in February 2024. He explains why the channel should expect to see more mergers and acquisitions among solution providers in 2024 and when it actually makes sense for a move like that to happen. Falcone digs into how existing AHEAD and CDI customers will benefit from the recent consolidation, and perhaps more importantly, why he believes the culture that made him feel at home at CDI for two decades will continue under a new name. 

On the technology side of the conversation, Falcone details why IT has become more complex even though it's designed to make work more efficient. This is what influences his approach to solving various and evolving customer needs as a leader.
