Tom is the Chairman of Aboriginal Housing company SEARMS. Based on the  South East Coast of Australia, Tom has been a passionate advocate for the rights of Inigenous Australians and work tirelessly to build homes and support services for members of a vast geographical community. 

A proud aboriginal man and an accomplished business leader, Tom's story is one of hardship, innnovation and hope. Tom is being interviewed by Australiasian Housing Institute (Ahi) CEO, Mark Henderson.
