Tom is the Chairman of Aboriginal Housing company SEARMS. Based on the  South East Coast of Australia, Tom has been a passionate advocate for the rights of Inigenous Australians and work tirelessly to build homes and support services for members of a vast geographical community. 

A proud aboriginal man and an accomplished business leader, Tom's story is one of hardship, innnovation and hope. Tom is being interviewed by Australiasian Housing Institute (Ahi) CEO, Mark Henderson.

Gavin is the Chief Executive Officer of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH). CIH is focused on the professionalisation of the housing sector, has 10,000 members and a presence across the UK, Canada and in China.
