Despite these challenges, businesses are enthusiastic about the positive impact of AI on workplace culture, with 85% of technology business leaders reporting a positive influence. To navigate these changes, companies are implementing internal development programs and technical certifications to upskill their workforce and capitalize on AI benefits.
