Passionate about the intersection of HR operations, technology, products, and analytics, Ian has worked with industry giants like Amazon, JPMorgan Chase, Google, and American Express to deliver scalable solutions across Big Tech, Financial Services, Retail, and Life Sciences.

As the founder and CEO of Ikona Analytics, Ian partners with HR executives, start-up founders, and Private Equity operating partners to provide bespoke People Analytics consulting services. Additionally, he serves as an HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens, an early-stage venture capital fund shaping the future of work through technology investments.

With technical expertise in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and analytics product development, Ian excels at driving impactful outcomes through technology implementation, UX research, organizational design, and change management. Holding an MSc in Data Science from Northwestern University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia, Ian has also studied Artificial Intelligence and LLM product development in affiliation with Stanford University.
