Lately, I’ve been reminding myself that some of the things overwhelming me today are things I once prayed for.
The goals, the uncertainty, the challenges, the moments outside my comfort zone—they’re all part of the life I chose to build. But I’m also learning that reaching my dreams shouldn’t require me to lose my peace, my health, or my connection to myself.
In this episode, I’m reflecting on the importance of enjoying the journey, remembering why we started, and finding a balance between challenging ourselves and actually living the life we’re working towards.
What is it that makes certain people impossible to forget?
It’s rarely their looks. More often, it’s the energy they bring into a room—the way they lose themselves in what they love, create with intention, and move through life with genuine passion.
In this episode, we explore why passion is one of the most attractive qualities a person can have and why expressing what’s inside us might be the key to feeling more alive and in love
A lot of today’s dating advice revolves around finding the six-figure, six-foot, high-status man. Sometimes, it feels like dating has become more about checking boxes than building real compatibility.
In this episode, I’m sharing the dating lessons I’ve learned over the years and the qualities that truly matter when choosing a life partner. Because at the end of the day, it’s not about finding someone perfect—it’s about choosing someone who aligns with your values, your future, and the life you want to build.
I hope this conversation helps you date with more clarity, confidence, and intention.
In this episode, we’re talking about the pressure of figuring out your future in your late teens and early 20s, choosing what to study, what career path to take, and what success actually means.I’m sharing the mindset shifts and lessons that helped me make decisions with more clarity instead of fear, pressure, or comparison. If you feel lost, confused, behind, or unsure about your future, this conversation is for you.
We’ve turned self-love into a performance.
Into a strategy to become more desirable, more chosen, more validated.
But loving yourself doesn’t automatically make people love you.
In this episode, I talk about the difference between real self-love and performative self-love online — the kind that still revolves around validation, attention, and proving your worth to others.
In this episode, we talk about the mindset that keeps us constantly chasing “better”—a better country, a better life, a better version of everything.
we explore how this mentality of lack disconnects us from the present, and why achieving more doesn’t automatically make us happier. I also reflect on how we can shift our perspective to feel more content with what we already have.
Because maybe the problem isn’t where you are—it’s how you see it.
Some people come, some people go; and maybe that’s the beauty of it.
In this episode, I share my thoughts on how detachment has changed the way I connect with people, experience relationships, and move through life.
When we stop fearing endings and outcomes, we begin to live more freely, love more openly, and appreciate every moment as it comes.
Moving to a new city or even a new country can feel like the start of something magical. But what people don’t often talk about is the loneliness that can come with it.
In this episode, I open up about the phase nobody really prepares you for: building a life from scratch. Learning how to be alone and actually enjoy it. And beyond that, how to create genuine, meaningful connections in a completely new environment.
If you’re starting over, feeling alone, or thinking about taking that leap, this episode is for you 🤍
