In this episode, it is important to always stay prepared for anything when it comes to your business.

When you stay ready, you never have to get ready. Look at what you can accomplish when you are prepared for what is to come in your life.

In your business, always be prepared for opportunities that may come your way like a chance to fill out grant applications. Never believe that you do not need more money for your business. The more that you have, the more that you will be able to get more units and possibly a home for your customers to stay in.

In this episode, I talk about the idea of expanding your AirBnB business (especially if you have no more units to rent out). Scaling your business is a difficult decision but once you weigh the pros and cons, then you can see if it is the right option for you. But I can say that scaling your business will increase your cashflow and it will give you a large audience that you can have to stay in your units.

The goal is to continue to increase your profit margin and the best way is to provide quality housing to customers that will pay you and your rent (in that order).

So many travel nurses come a city because it is where their travel contract takes them. And you want them to stay in your unit.

There are so many things that you can do to work with travel nurses so that you can guarantee your rent and profit for the duration of their work contract.

In this episode, I discuss why you need an AirBnB book that describes your unit amenities to guest that check into your unit. They need to know what else you can offer outside of what is listed on the AirBnB site.

So many things can be covered like:

• Where is the nearest grocery store?
• How far is the mall from the unit?
• Is their a casino nearby?
• Is a university/games nearby?

When you put all of this information in an AirBnB book, then this limits the amount of questions that guest will have for you when they stay in your unit. Some AirBnB hosts provide other services for a nominal fee (car rental, wine, etc.).

In this episode, I discuss the power of using videos in your social media. Often times, it is called Reels on FaceBook and Instagram and this is the best way to market your business. You can use Canva templates to make your videos more appealing to your audience. You can use a script to relay your message to your customers and then you can direct them to your link in bio to learn more about your products and services.

Also, it is a good chance to see where the great areas are that are booming with AirBnBs. Another networking tip is to check-in with owner/hosts to see if they are looking for co-hosts. This is another opportunity to make at least 20% of each reservation that comes in and you can have more profit on your end without doing the primary hosting.

Set a boundary and make your family and friends pay for what everyone else is paying for.
