Are you ready to experience the spookiest Halloween event of the year? It's time to hop in the car and head to the Ravenswood School of Arts Hall this Saturday.
We do two birthday calls on the breakfast show each weekday. For this one, we're heading over to Charters Towers where some lucky person has reached their quarter century today.

It's not everyday that a cabaret show comes to Hughenden. But this month, that will all change as the SPEAKEASY Cabaret show lights up Diggers Entertainment Centre on Brodie St, 16th of October for a fun night of dancing the Charleston and "giggle water", taking us back to the 1920 for a night of shenanigans. Stretched out end to end it measured over 3084 metres and used over 40kg of bread flower. One not to get tangled up in.
As we're warming up our leftovers in the microwave for dinner this evening, we can thank US inventor Percy Spencer for creating the time-saving cooking device in 1945. That's just one event I showcased on the brekky show this morning.
