It was supposed to be the episode for 8th of July, but I can only recorded it on the morning of 9th, and uploaded it tonight, 9th of July. The question for today feels like quite irrelevant, because in order to "lose" something, one must first "obtained" it. What should I be afraid of, when I have alread lost and gave up on life?

I felt better and more productive today. A glimpse inside my obsession on books, and me taking on a challenge.

Facing a bad day, I mustered every sliver of strength to record this session at 11pm. I shared a glimpse of what is it inside the mind of a BPD.
