Bio: Padmini Sukumaran is well-versed in Drama and Theatre: from various Angles and Dimensions! She has an English Literature Doctorate and wrote her Dissertation partially on the Shakespearean depiction of the Baroque-Metaphor, "The World is a Stage" in A Midsummer Night's Dream. Padmini has performed as Shelly in Chelsea Repertory Company's production of Michael Weller's Moonchildren and in the Lead-Role of Sally in HB Studio's production of Harold Pinter's Absurdist-Play, Night School. She has trained in Acting and Musical-Theatre at the HB Studio and The Acting Studio - New York and takes Private Acting and Voice Lessons. Padmini truly enjoys continuing to train in Acting and Musical-Theatre; and believes from the bottom-of-her-heart that training is a lifelong endeavor! She also deems that Drama is a beautiful vehicle for channeling our Psychological-Vulnerability: both the light and the dark.
Shirley King's plays and monologues have been produced in the US, The UK, Canada, Scotland and Korea. She is a member of The Dramatists Guild and The International Center for Women Playwrights.

Mary Tierney started her professional acting career in 1971 in Dublin at Ireland’s National Theater, The Abbey’s experimental wing, The Peacock and from that continued to work for five years in Ireland; culminating in Dublin’s first rock musical, Stephanie by Emerson college graduate, Russell Mason. Upon returning to New York, her role as Josie, in Walter Macken’s Home is the Hero which ran for six months as the Irish Arts Center. The success of that play has a ripple effect; Moss Cooney, Cork city immigrant restaurant entrepreneur, built a theater above his BillyMunk restaurant on 45th Street just off Second Avenue for the play; redirected by Barbara Loden, thus starting the BillyMunk, non-for-profit
resident company.
At the suggestion of Barbara, Mary started directing there; a Sean O’Casey One Act Play Festival. From there she branded out to create New York’s first Lunchtime Series at the Quaigh with The Sea Plays of Eugene O’Neill starring William Hickey, Brian Dennehy and Jim DeMarse. Lunchtime continued until 1982 with the highlight being Samuel Beckett’s Krapp’s Last Tape with Billy Hickey. Also at the Quaigh, Mary earned her Actor’s Equity Association membership with British author David Pownall’s Livingston & Sechele in 1983.
On a personal note marriage to Dublin born UN peacekeeper in 1985 created a nearly 20 year hiatus in theater as Life became visiting war zones and having the privilege of being in the historic dismantling of apartheid in South Africa; where she lived on and off for two years while the UN sponsored elections made Nelson Mandela President 1994. To witness the effect of post war and democratic elections; 1989 -1990 in Namibia, then South Africa and finally in 1999, East Timor’s struggles and a dramatic defeat, by the UN election team, of Indonesia’s attempt at total sabotage was well worth intermittent acting/directing work. The UN world & the theater world happily collided with her husband’s final mission, UNFICYP, in Cyprus. There, Mufflon Bookshop and The Weaving Mill, brought the newly discovered and published Tennessee Williams collection of short plays, Mister Paradise; a series of one act plays handwritten by a young author, found in the Greek section of a library in Virginia by a Cypriot scholar. A performance of several plays by the British Young Vic Shakespearean touring company in Nicosia 2005. Returning to NYC full time and working with the City of New York’s Department for the Aging Time Banks NYC brought theater work full circle. Theater for the New City (TNC) produced the artistic side of Time Banks NYC and led to today’s Tierney TNC Theater Workshop sponsored by Bloomberg Philanthropies since 2013. Unencumbered by war zones; theater life has been abundant with TNC Workshop as a base she’s been able to work in independent films and showcase productions of new plays these last half a dozen years.

MARY ELLEN ASHLEY (Madame Lily): Actress, Singer, Dancer, and Producer of Broadway, Television, and Film, Mary Ellen Ashley has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. where she was featured in their 2016 edition. Born and presently living in the Big Apple of New York City, Mary Ellen Ashley has spent time living and working throughout the United States, including Los Angeles, California, as well as in Europe. Performing in her very first theatrical role at the age of four on Broadway, playing Laura Thornton in the original cast of 'The Innocent Voyage', she was then cast in 'Annie Get Your Gun' and in the original Broadway cast of 'Yentl'. Ashley has since dedicated her entire career as an Actress, Singer, Dancer, and Producer of Broadway, Television, and Film. Her resume includes many Off-Broadway credits and, most recently, filmed two pilots: 'The Bunny Hole' and 'Americanos'. She's also spent many years in regional theaters, including playing Dolly Levi in 'Hello Dolly' 11 times, and was in 'Music Man', 'Funny Girl', 'Cabaret', 'Best Little Whore House', '42nd Street', 'Fiddler', and 'Gypsy', to name a few. Ashley has been seen on children's television shows on ABC, has headlined in Las Vegas with Eddie Fisher and Andy Williams, opened in New York City for comics Jackie Mason, Rodney Dangerfield, and George Burns, made television appearances on 'Saturday Night Live', and has guest starred on the hit dramas 'Law and Order' and 'Law and Order: SVU'. She's also worked on radio for a variety of soap operas and weekly episodes. Ashley was also featured in the Mel Brooks feature film 'The Producers', as well as several shorts and indie films. As a Producer, she's been involved with 11 Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, including: 'High Rollers'; 'Angels in America'; 'Marlene'; 'Grace and Glory'; 'Christmas Story'; and the revival of 'Godspell'. Bios: Playwright: Trish Ayers is an award winning playwright with play readings and productions across the United States and Japan including at Live Girls!, Hedgerow Theatre, Iowa State University, Berea College, and Manhattan Theatre Source. She is resident playwright for Mountain Spirit Puppets and has received three Kentucky Foundation for Women (KFW) grants and was honored to be the recipient of the 2011 Sallie Bingham Award from KFW. She was the founder of Kentucky Women Playwrights Seminar, a ten-year playwriting project.
Brandy Chapman is an actress and singer from Kentucky, having performed in the United States, Ireland, and Italy. Her experience draws from the teachings of Chekov and Stanislavski, as well as her own independent devising of pieces and projects throughout the past ten years. With an MFA from the National University of Ireland in Galway, she has appeared in several Irish television shows including An Klondike and Jack Taylor (both available on Netflix). Recent stage performances include Harvey and South Pacific.

Artist and Educator, Coni Koepfinger is the host of AIRPLAY, a weekly virtual theatre program now in its 12th season that brings the voices of artists, actors, playwrights from all over the world together. Also via new media, Koepfinger has created DETERMINED WOMEN, a monthly feature that interviews women who share stories to encourage and inspire. In addition to teaching theatre and composition at prominent universities like Carnegie Mellon, Penn State and Point Park University, Koepfinger is an internationally published and produced playwright, theatre theorist, and librettist. Coni is a Media Advisor for the Lifeboat Foundation who recently published her play, Get the Message in their Visions of the Future anthology 2016; a contributing writer for the Center of Conscious Creativity in LA; a Member of The Dramatists Guild, and ; a former board member of the International Center for Women Playwrights; and the League of Professional Theatre Women. Recent work includes three new powerful pieces with her writing partner Joe Izen: including Eve of Beltane -a fresh look at political corruption in the face of ancient Celtic mythology that was given a 29 hr AEA staged reading at Broadway Bound Festival (2019),; Schoolhouse -an ultramodern musical that takes the young victim of a school shooting through a magical journey into an imaginary schoolhouse to find compassion and joy; and the new age musical, Kingdom Come, where technology meets its match in matchmaking with TED, the world's first transhuman who falls in love with boss only to reveal a bigger, brighter picture for all humanity. Μaria Olon Tsaroucha is a pioneer in researching philosophical systems that study human nature, personal development and consciousness. She studied theater at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York (AADA) and sociology at Deree College, the American College of Greece. Sher specialized in Shakespearean repertoire and Stanislavsky method at the “Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Arts” in London. She has attended acting and film directing seminars with Mikhail Ilyenko, dean of the Kiev University of Cinema.
She is a member of the NAMA group of the Epi Kolono theater. For nine years she systematically participated in a group of creative writing, literature and Theory of Philosophy at the “Center for Creative Writing and Theater for Conflict Resolution” by the author and activist Christiana Lambrinidis. At the age of thirteen she had published her first book “First steps, first thoughts”. She was awarded by Antonis Samarakis and Costas Tachtsis, as the “youngest Greek writer”. He is the author of the book “Clear empty head” (Eridanus Publications).
She created the Magic Room Theater, a group of artists who have inspired and based on the musical-theatrical performances “this is a duck”, “a suspicion on stage”, “Lola΄s Cabaret”, “Reunion”, “Maria in Abundance “,” It’s a Wonder Full World “produced and directed by her.

Theo Herghelegiu is a theatre director, playwright, scriptwriter, lyricist, drama tutor and translator resident in Europe – Romania, Bucharest.
She graduated the University of Bucharest - Philology in 92 and the National University of Theatre and Film – Theatre Directing in 98. She also has a MFA in Film Aesthetics, 2013.
She directed over 55 shows and she wrote many plays, some of them being staged, either by her or by other Romanian, or foreign directors. She also performed in films and on stage, being awarded for Best Feminine part in The Angel, by Radu Dragomir, 1998. She worked in the field of journalism, acting coaching, scriptwriting and literary translations from English. In 1998 she founded the TEATRUL INEXISTENT private theatre company, which was the first and most active (at the time) independent company in the Romanian post-communist era. She led the company in partnership with a couple of colleagues until 2011 and directed over 20 performances with this company, which were a true avant-garde artistic statement of the decade. She also directed plays by important contemporary authors, like Sibylle Berg, Ronald Schimmelpffening, Lukas Baerfuss, Thomas Bernhardt, Claudine Galea etc, but also Shakespeare, or John Cromwell.
She is a fun of Tim Roth and Glenn Close. She loves interacting with people and always considered the performative arts to be about sharing joy – the joy of the togetherness; of discovering those truths that last for maximum 2 seconds… J
