Having just attended Blacksheep Milsim at Camp Guernsey I had the opportunity to do just that and here is some insight into that.

Vehicles are becoming a popular items to see at Airsoft events, whats some important things to know when operating a vehicle, and when operating as infantry in support or having a vehicle support your infantry operations?

Talk about a few observations from a leadership role, also a announcement about a "Milsim Skills School". As well as a direct talk about SB199. It effects airsoft as a whole and Education is key, take the time to listen fully then do your part.

Why are mental skills so important in Airsoft and often the least worried about or developed?

Logistics. Just like Morale its often the most over looked, and under appreciated job, but on top of it, its one of the most important in keeping the troops in the fight.

Morale plays a bigger factor in your airsoft games then most people realize. I discuss a few factors on how Morale is effected and how it can be effected. And why worrying about Morale is such a important thing.
