Katie has been leading from the forefront of free-running and parkour for years and her talent has allowed her to take on some amazing challenges, stunts and roles in blockbuster movies. 

She runs us through where her career started, some of the highlights and where she hopes it will go in the future.

Andy has worked on some of the biggest and most exciting film and video productions out there including Top Gear and Mission Impossible. Andy always has to plan for the worst and hope for the best as he help people pull off stunts that people thought were impossible. 

We hear all about his journey into the industry and how he's built up his business from being a paramedic to running the go-to stunt support firm - and the 200mph toys he's picked up along the way.

We talk to him about his journey into through and to the top of the world of BMX, as well as the things that are keeping him busy these days, including cars and content. 

This week we catch up with Olympian skier Rowan Cheshire. She talks us through her skiing career from the beginning, through the whirlwind of inclusion in the olympics, injuries that have taken their toll and what the future holds for her. 

And we also hear about her tattoos and wha they mean... or don't mean.

This week we're joined by enduro motorbike rider Benji Melot.

 Benji has taken on and conquered some of the world's toughest motorbike rally races included the infamous Dakar. Benji competed in the Original by Motul category, which means he rode without a support team and only a crate full of the basics to get him through the whole two weeks of racing. He faced injury and danger and still came through to finish in second place. 

So listen in to Benji's story of how he came to get into the sport and compete at the highest levels.
