The parents of Aishwarya Aswath have told 6PR Mornings that they are hoping a coronial inquest into their little girl's death will provide more answers. 

An independent report released in November contained 30 recommendations, all of which the State Government had promised to act upon immediately. 

However, Aishwarya's father, Aswath Chavittupara, has told Liam Bartlett on 6PR Mornings that this hasn't happened yet at the Perth Children's Hospital Emergenc Department.
